摘　　要：水资源保护规划是指导水资源保护工作的重要依据和支撑。为促进新时期长江流域水资源保护工作的发展,回顾总结了不同时期长江流域水资源保护规划工作的思路、特点和作用,分析了当前流域水资源保护面临的形势与问题,提出了未来一个时期流域水资源保护的目标与任务要求,指出了推进规划实施,促进流域水资源保护新发展的重点工作。The water resources protection planning is the important basis and support to guide the water resources protection work. To promote the development of water resources protection of Yangtze River Basin in the new period,the thinking,characteristics and role of water resources protection planning work in different periods are reviewed,the current situation and existing problems of water resources protection of Yangtze River Basin are analyzed,goals and tasks of the next period is put forward,and the main work to promote the plan implementation and the new development of the water resources protection are pointed out.
