摘 要:以贵州省9个地州市为研究对象,构建了水资源系统和经济社会系统耦合评价指标体系,以典型年进行综合评价,评价结论如下:1 2000年贵州省水资源系统的空间差异较明显,水资源系统开发利用水平较低。2004,2008年和2012年地区差异在波动中逐渐缩小;贵州省经济社会发展的空间差异较大,形成了空间单极化的经济发展格局。2 2000-2012年贵州省水资源系统与经济社会系统处于颉颃阶段,处于低度协调的耦合阶段,总体变化比较平稳,耦合度普遍高于协调度。3 4个典型年份9个地州市中,耦合度和协调度普遍处于较低水平耦合阶段、颉颃阶段和低度协调、中度协调阶段。2008年和2012年经济社会发展水平相对较高地区协调度超过耦合度,呈现经济社会发展水平高地区协调度转好,落后地区协调性变差的两极分化现象。4从变异系数来看,典型年份贵州省水资源系统和经济社会系统间的耦合度空间分异程度较低,协调度空间分异较大。Taking nine districts in Guizhou Province as the research object,a coupling evaluation index system of water resources with economic and social system was constructed,and the coupling conditions in typical years were evaluated. The evaluation results are as the followings:( 1) the spatial difference of the water resources system in 2000 was obvious,water resources development and utilization was in a low level; the regional differences narrowed gradually in fluctuation in 2004,2008 and2012; spatial difference of the economy and society development was very big,forming a single polarization development.( 2)The system of water resources and the society and economy was in the antagonistic state from 2000 to 2012,and the coordination degree was at low coordination coupling stage,in which,the change is more stable in general,and the coupling was higher than the coordination degree.( 3) Among the four typical years,the coupling degrees of nine districts were in the low and antagonistic state,the coordination degrees were in the low and moderate state; in 2008 and 2012,the coupling of the districts with higher economic and social development were larger than the coordination degrees,showing a polarization differentiation,i. e,the coordination degree in more developed districts tended to be better while that in the backward districts tended to be worse.( 4) In view of variation coefficient,the spatial coupling differentiation is low while the spatial coordination degree is large in typical years.
