摘  要:芦山地震中框架-砌体墙平面混合结构教学楼受损严重,但加固后的该类教学楼受损轻微。本文详细介绍了芦山县城中一栋未加固及一栋加固后该类教学楼的结构特点和震害现象,分析这类结构的震害机理,指出该类结构体系存在较大抗震安全隐患,采用配筋面层对砌体墙进行加固可将其改变为框架-准剪力墙结构,震害实例表明,采用改变结构体系的加固方法对该类结构进行加固是可行的。The frame-masonry wall plane composite structure teaching buildings in Lushan earthquake were severely damaged. But after being strengthed,the teaching building is damaged slightly. The characteristics of structures and seismic damage of a non strengthened and a strengthened teaching building in Lushan county are introduced in detail in this paper. Analysis of earthquake damage mechanism of this type of structure points out that the structure system has risk of seismic safety. Seismic damage examples show that using the strengthening method of changing the structural system for this type structure is feasible.
