摘  要:以N-乙烯基己内酰胺(VCL)为主单体,通过水相沉淀聚合制备刺激响应性聚N-乙烯基己内酰胺(PVCL)纳米凝胶。利用动态光散射(DLS)、红外光谱(FTIR)、拉曼光谱(Raman)和透射电镜(TEM)等考察了交联剂(MBA或BAC)、亲水性共聚单体(MAA)对PVCL纳米凝胶性能的影响。结果表明,增大交联剂的亲水性、增加交联剂和MAA的用量均可增大PVCL纳米凝胶的粒径;PVCL纳米凝胶具有温度和pH值响应性,能够在还原性环境中发生降解。细胞毒性实验表明,PVCL纳米凝胶细胞毒性小、生物相容性好,适合用作药物载体。Using N-vinylcaprolactam(VCL)as a main monomer,stimuli-responsive poly(N-vinylcaprolactam)(PVCL)nanogels were prepared by a water precipitation polymerization method.The effects of cross-linker(MBA or BAC)and hydrophilic comonomer(MAA)on the performance of PVCL nanogels were investigated by DLS,FTIR,Raman and TEM.Results indicated that the particle size of PVCL nanogels increased with increasing of the hydrophilicity of cross-linker and the dosage of cross-linker and comonomer MAA.The PVCL nanogels had temperature and pH value responsiveness,and they could be degraded in a reductive environment.Results of cytotoxicity experiment indicated that PVCL nanogels possessed low cytotoxicity and excellent biocompatibility,thus they were suitable for using as drug carriers.
