摘 要:采用一步晶化双模板法制备了不同硅铝比的ZSM-5-KIT-1介微孔复合分子筛,并以其为载体搭载20%MoO_x7%CoO_x通过超载浸渍法制备加氢脱硫催化剂;利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、N_2吸附-脱附分析、NH_3化学吸附(NH_3-TPD)分析等表征手段分析其结构和酸性;以CS_2的环己烷溶液为硫化液、二苯并噻吩的十氢萘溶液为原料液,在小型固定床反应器中评价该催化剂的加氢脱硫反应活性。结果表明,该加氢脱硫催化剂具有良好的结构稳定性、大的比表面积和孔径、适宜的酸量和酸中心;当硅铝比为30或40时,催化剂的加氢脱硫反应活性远高于其它样品,表明硅铝比是影响催化剂加氢脱硫反应活性的重要因素。Micro-mesoporous ZSM-5-KIT-1 molecular sieves with different Si/Al ratios were prepared by one-step crystallization with two templates.They were used as supporters for preparation of 20%MoO_x7%CoO_x-supported hydrodesulfurization catalysts by an over-loading impregnation method.The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),nitrogen adsorption-desorption,and NH_3chemisorption(NH_3-TPD).The hydrodesulfurization reaction activity of catalysts was evaluated in a small-scale fix-bed reactor by using cyclohexane solution with CS_2 as a sulfide oil and decalin with dibenzothiophene as a raw material.Results showed that the catalysts had good structural stability,large specific surface area and aperture,and suitable acidic amounts and sites.When Si/Al ratio was 30 or 40,the hydrodesulfurization reaction activity of catalysts were higher than others,which confirmed that Si/Al ratio was an important factor affecting hydrodesulfurization reaction activity.
