摘 要:针对湖北宜昌高镁磷矿,采用酸性镁盐溶液循环洗涤除镁技术进行间歇除镁实验,探讨磷矿除镁最优工艺条件;并在最优工艺条件下对宜昌磷矿进行了半连续除镁实验。结果表明,酸性镁盐溶液洗涤磷矿除镁的最优工艺条件为:酸用量11g·(100g)^(-1)、反应温度60℃、液固比3∶1(mL∶g)、反应时间2.0h,在此条件下,宜昌磷矿中MgO含量降至0.5%以下,除镁率可达到80%以上,P_2O_5损失率低于2%。该技术成本低、选择性好、可行性高、无废液排放,具有较高的应用价值和经济效益。Aimed at high magnesium phosphorite in Yichang city,Hubei province,the optimum magnesium removal process conditions were investigated by intermittent experiment with the technology of magnesium removal with acidic magnesium salt solution.After that,a semi-continuous experiment of Yichang phosphorite was carried out under the optimum conditions.Results showed that,the optimum conditions were as follows:acid dosage of 11g·(100g)^(-1),reaction temperature of 60 ℃,liquid-solid ratio of 3∶1(mL∶g),reaction time of 2.0h.Under above conditions,the content of MgO decreased below 0.5%,the removal rate of magnesium was up to 80%,and the loss rate of P_2O_5 was below 2%.This technology has advantages of low cost,good selectivity,high practicability,no waste discharge,and has very high application value and economic benefits.
