摘  要:针对自动货柜提取车挂耳连接销断裂的故障,建立了挂取机构三维模型,运用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对其进行了力学分析,然后对挂取机构进行了结构改进。结果表明:挂取机构挂耳连接销轴端存在应力集中问题,是其断裂的危险区域;通过对挂耳连接销进行结构改进后,轴端应力明显减小,可有效提高提取车挂取机构可靠性,为同类型自动货柜挂取机构的设计提供了参考。According to clipping fault to automatic storage systems lifting ear connecting pin,three-dimensional model was built for extraction mechanism,and mechanical analysis and structure improvement was carried out.The results showed that: extraction mechanism shaft end had stresses concentrate,where the dangerous area was.Shaft end stresses concentrate was significantly reduced and the reliability of extraction mechanism was increased because of structure improvement. It provided a reference for the design of same automatic storage systems extraction mechanism.
