摘　　要：结合生产实际,详细阐述了液压支架结构件研发和制造过程中,原材料选择、焊接接头的选择、焊缝尺寸的选择、焊接材料的选择、焊前预热措施的选择、焊后消除应力措施的选择等一系列工艺设计问题,并提出合理使用高强度低合金原材料、焊接材料与母材等强匹配与低强匹配相结合、焊缝尺寸合理选择、氧-乙炔焊前预热、金属喷丸消除焊接应力等工艺措施。实际应用中,这些措施取得了良好的使用效果。Combined with production practice,this paper expounds the development and manufacturing process of the hydraulic support structure,the selection of raw materials,the choice of the welding joints,the choice of the size of the welding seam,the choice of the welding material,the choice of the preheating measures,and the elimination of the choice of the measures. It is suggested that the reasonable use of high strength low alloy raw material,welding material and base material,such as the combination of high strength and low strength matching,reasonable choice of welding seam size,oxygen- acetylene welding. Through the practical application,this measure demonstrates the good use effect.
