摘 要:应用QUAATRO型三通道流动注射分析仪对海水中磷酸盐、无机氮和硅酸盐进行测定。磷酸盐、亚硝酸盐、硝酸盐、氨盐、硅酸盐5项指标的检出限分别为1.2,0.2,1.6,4.0,3.6μg/L。测定的实际海水样品加标回收率均在96%以上,相对标准偏差在5%以内,符合实验室质量控制的要求。与国标法相比的实验结果表明,流动注射法不仅与传统的分光光度法无显著差异,且具有准确度高、精密度高、分析效率高等优点,可以快速分析大批量水样,解决传统方法日益显现的弊端。此外,还采集了东海区某海域不同站点、不同层次的样品,分别用流动注射分析法和经典方法进行测定分析。数据统计分析结果充分说明,采用流动注射分析法测定海水中5项营养盐能保证营养盐分析数据的准确性和真实性。The study measured the phosphate,inorganic nitrogen and silicate in seawater by using QUAATRO type three-channel flow injection analyzer. The five index detection limit of phosphate,nitrite,nitrate,ammonium salts and silicate were 1. 2,0. 2,1. 6,4. 0,3. 6 μg / L respectively. The spiked recoveries of actual measured seawater samples were more than 96%,and the relative standard deviation was within 5%,in accordance with the requirements of laboratory quality control. Compared with national standard method, the experimental results show that flow injection method has no significant difference compared with traditional spectrophotometry method,and it has the advantages of high accuracy,high precision and high analysis efficiency. It can quickly analyze large quantities of water samples and solve the increasingly apparent problems of the traditional method. In addition, the study collected samples at different sites,different levels in an area of East China Sea,measuring and analyzing by using flow injection analysis method and classical method respectively. The statistical analysis results fully explained that using flow injection analysis method for determining five nutrients in seawater can guarantee the accuracy and authenticity of analyzed data.
