台湾水青冈和米心水青冈的花粉形态比较研究

摘　　要：为比较水青冈属台湾水青冈和米心水青冈花粉形态特征,采集了米仓山自然保护区7个分布地的台湾水青冈和米心水青冈,运用醋酸酐分解法将花粉其成制成装片,在光学显微镜和扫描电镜下观察花粉的形态特征和外壁纹饰,并测定了一定的性状指标。结果表明:2种植物的花粉形状均为近球形,极面观为三裂圆形或三角形。在电子显微镜下观察到米心水青冈和台湾水青冈花粉为三孔沟,萌发沟较短。2个种花粉的外壁纹饰各不相同,米心水青冈花粉外壁纹饰为脑状纹饰,孢粉表面由棒状突起物组成,台湾水青冈花粉外壁纹饰为网状,孢粉表面具有扁平的块状,轮廓线为不均匀的波浪线,以此可以区分2个物种。In order to compare the pollenmophology of selected Fagusspecies, two Fagusspecies collected from 6 distributions in MiCangShan Nature Reserve Authority.Decomposition of acetic anhydride method was used to dispose the pollen grains.The shape of pollen grains and omamentation characters of aU the species were exa mined by LM and SEM.The study showed that shapes of pollen grains of the two plants were nearly elliptic and trifid circular or triangle in polar view.We also observed that 3 pollen apertures existed in Fagus en^r/ana and Fagus hayatae. However, the difference of the two species was the type of granular on pollen wall.Clublike apophysis on the pollen wall was in Fagus englriana and reticulate pollen wall in Fagus hayatae.So we could distinguish the two species from the ornamentation of pollen wall.
