血站采血车工艺卫生质量分析

摘　　要：目的探讨如何提升采血车工艺卫生质量,确保采供血安全。方法对德阳市2011~2014年采血车工艺卫生进行质量监测和结果分析。结果采血车空气监测合格率为93.8%,采血人员手指合格率为94.1%。结论血站采血车的工艺卫生质量是确保采供血安全的重要环节。采供血机构要以质量管理为基础,不断完善质量管理体系,持续改进工艺卫生质量,促进血液质量的提高。Objective To discuss how to improve the quality of technological hygiene in blood collecting vehicle, and to ensure the safety of blood collection and supply.Methods Quality monitoring and results analysis of blood colleting vehicle technological hygiene in Deyang city form 2011 to 2014.Results The results indicated that the eligibility rate of air and hands were 93.8% and 94.1%, so the inlfuence factors of blood colleting vehicle technological hygiene are extensive. There are some deifciencies and potential quality problems.Conclusion Technological hygiene quality of blood collecting vehicles is an important part to ensure the safety of blood collection and supply. Blood collection and supply agencies should be based on the quality management, and continuously improving quality management system, and continuous quality improvement of technological hygiene, and promote continuous improvement of blood quality.
