摘 要:铁路集装箱运输中往往存在着信息采集不全、货物追踪不实时等问题。基于实现自动采集集装箱信息、绑定车箱序列、提高集装箱场站作业效率的目的,采用RFID电子标签技术应用在铁路集装箱作业中,通过电子读写器和手持终端扫描集装箱电子标签,从而获取箱号以及货物信息,在集装车车皮进出场站时采集的数据可以与车号识别系统数据匹配加工出车箱关联序列,在集装箱装卸车和装拆箱时通过手持终端即可对货物信息进行读取和更新。通过RFID的应用,实现了铁路集装箱场站中的集装箱、货物和作业人的紧密关联,为建设以物联网数据采集和管理为基础的集装箱场站管理系统提供数据保障。Railway container transportation information collection is often incomplete, cargo tracking is not real time and other issues. Based on the realization of automatic collection container information, binding sequence of the carriage, improve the operation efficiency of container yard, the RFID electronic tag technology applied in railway container operation, through an electronic reader and hand-held terminal scanning electronic label for container, to get the box number and cargo information,data collected in container car wagon in and out of the station can and license plate recognition system data matching processing dispatch box sequence correlation in container loading and unloading trucks and uncrating the handheld terminal can read and update information on the goods. Through the application of RFID, the realization of the railway container yard container, cargo and operation is closely related to, for the construction of in network data acquisition and management to provide protection for data based container management system.
