相应水位法在努敏河洪水预报中的应用

摘　　要：相应水位预报是根据天然河道里洪水波运动原理,分析洪水波在运动过程中,洪水波上任一位相的水位自上断面传播到下断面时的相应水位及其传播速度的变化规律,寻求其经验关系,据以进行预报的一种简便方法。文章介绍了呼兰河支流努敏河的流域特性及水文气象特征及相应水位法在努敏河洪水预报中的应用,分析了预报中应注意的问题,从而提高了工作效率和预报精度。Corresponding water level forecasting is a simple method to analyze the change law of corresponding water level and its propagation velocity when the water level on any phase of flood wave propagating from the upper cross section to the next section,to seeking the empirical correlations in the movement process of flood wave according to the principle of flood wave movement in natural river.This paper introduced the basin characteristics and hydrogeological characteristics of Numin River,and the application of corresponding water level method in Numin River flood forecasting,analyzed the problems needing attention in forecasting,thus impoved the working efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
