摘 要:苏里格气田气井产量普遍较低,气井自身携液能力差,排水采气是产水气井连续稳定生产重要工艺措施。泡沫排水采气工艺由于其成本低、易操作等优点在苏里格气田得到大规模应用,但井下节流技术、单井无液量计量等对泡沫排水采气技术的推广应用也带来一些挑战。文章通过对苏里格气田泡沫排水采气工艺应用过程中存在的问题及技术难点进行分析,总结提出适时起出节流器、应用橇装计量装置、完善消泡工艺、推广应用井口自动加药装置等对策,并取得一定效果,这对同类气田泡沫排水采气工艺应用具有借鉴意义。Most wells in Sulige gas field are low production and poor liquid carrying. The drainage gas recovery is the important measure to produce continuously and stably for water-production gas well. Foam drainage gas recovery was applied extensively in Sulige gas field due to the advantages of low cost and easy operation,but which also face some challenges such as DHC,no liquid measure device and so on. The existing problems and technical difficulties of foam drainage gas recovery technology were analyzed,and some corresponding countermeasures were put forward such as retrieving DHC in good time,applying skid-mounted metering device, improving defoaming process,applying wellhead automatic chemical adding unit etc.These countermeasures were applied successfully in Sulige gas field and good effects were obtained. It provided a reference to the foam drainage gas recovery of same kind of gas field.
