摘  要:为了满足裂缝性油藏弱凝胶调剖的实际需要,提高弱凝胶深部调剖时的注入效率,有必要研究不同尺寸微裂缝宽度下注入压力与凝胶的初始黏度的关系,确定不同缝宽时适宜注入的弱凝胶初始黏度参考范围。文章改进了新型的微裂缝物理模型,通过室内弱凝胶模拟注入实验,研究了HPAM弱凝胶初始黏度与微裂缝宽度的匹配关系。实验结果发现裂缝性油藏注入压力对弱凝胶的黏度十分敏感,确定了裂缝性油藏进行弱凝胶调剖时三种缝宽时适宜注入凝胶黏度的参考范围。可以提高凝胶的注入效率,对裂缝性油藏弱凝胶调剖的现场应用具有一定的参考意义。In order to meet the actual needs of weak gel profile controlling to the fractured reservoir and improve the efficiency of gel injection,it's necessary to study the relation between initial viscosity of weak gel and injection pressure and define the reference range of gel viscosity under the conditions of different crack width. The physical crack model was improved and the matching relation between HPAM weak gel initial viscosity and tiny crack width was studied through the in-room simulation injection experiments. The results showed that the injection pressure was very sensitive to the gel viscosity changes in fractured reservoir,the reference ranges of proper viscosity were confirmed in 3 different fracture widths. The results could improve the gel injection efficiency and guide the field application of weak gel profile controlling to the fractured reservoir.
