消痈解毒汤治疗腹腔脓肿的临床研究

摘　　要：目的对中药消痈解毒汤治疗腹腔脓肿的临床疗效进行探讨和分析。方法选取该院在2010年5月—2013年5月收治的60例腹腔脓肿患者并将其随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组患者采用静脉滴注抗生素进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上加用消痈解毒汤剂治疗,对比二组患者的临床疗效及症状体征缓解时间。结果观察组患者在体温恢复时间、症状缓解时间、血常规恢复时间、脓肿消失时间和住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),但二组在有效率和中转手术率方面比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用中药消痈解毒汤剂联合西药治疗腹腔脓肿的临床疗效显著优于单纯使用西药进行治疗,值得临床推广应用。Objective To discuss and analyze the clical efficacy of Chinese medicine decoction carbuncle detoxification in the treatment of abdominal abscesses.Methods Sixty cases of patients with intra-abdominal abscess were treated in author＇s hospital from May 2010 to May 2013,and randomly divided into two groups.The contral group of 30 patients was treated with antibiotics,while the observation group of 30 patients based on the contral group was given carbuncle detoxification medicine decoction,then the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results The body temperature recovery time,time symptoms blood recovery time,abscesses disappear with time and hospital stay were significantly different between the two groups（P〈0.05）,but there were no significant difference on aspects of the efficiency and operation rate（P〉0.05）.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of herbal detoxification carbuncle decotion combined with western medicine in the treatment of intra-abdominal abscess was significantly better than only using western medicine,it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
