皖南国际文化旅游示范区旅游经济发展空间差异测度分析

摘　　要：以皖南国际文化旅游示范区7地市为研究单元,运用标准差、变异系数、区位熵等指标,以2005—2014年各地市旅游总收入、旅游人次及GDP为研究对象,分析测算示范区旅游经济总体特征及空间差异,结果表明:2005—2014年示范区旅游经济总体水平逐年提高,但旅游经济总量的差距在拉大,出现相对差异逐渐缩小,绝对差异越来越大的局面;从空间来看,2005—2014年黄山和池州2市的旅游区位商均值分别达到3.521 6和2.583 0,而芜湖、宣城、马鞍山、安庆和铜陵5市的旅游区位商均值均小于1,表明示范区旅游经济主要靠少数核心城市带动,区域存在着较大的不均衡;从累积因果理论分析来看,示范区旅游经济空间差异与旅游资源赋存、交通状况及地区经济水平等因素密不可分,建议政府通过完善旅游配套设施、改善交通环境、增强旅游优势地区辐射带动来进一步改善区域空间格局,促进各地市旅游产业协调发展,实现区域经济水平整体提高。Based on the indexes of standard deviation,variable coefficient,location quotient and so on,this paper investigates tourist income,tourist trips and GDP of the 7cities in International Cultural Tourism Demonstration Zone of South Anhui Province from 2005 to 2014,and analyzes the overall characteristics and spatial difference of the tourist economy of the Zone.The results show while the general level of tourist economy of the Zone is improving year by year,the difference of tourist economy within the Zone is increasingly significant,with relative difference gradually widening and absolute difference gradually reducing.Spatial difference shows tourist economy of the Zone is driven by only a few core cities and there is a big regional difference among the cities because the mean values of tourist location quotient of Huangshan and Chizhou reached to 3.5216 and 2.5830 during the period from 2005 to 2014,but those of the rest five cities,namely Wuhu,Xuancheng,Maanshan,Anqing and Tongling,were all less than 1.And the analysis based on the cumulative causation theory shows spatial difference of tourist economy of the Zone has an inseparable relation with tourist resource reservation,traffic condition and regional economy level and some other factors.Therefore,it is suggested that government should perfect tourist supporting facilities as well as traffic environment and enhance the radiating and pushing force of the regions with tourist advantages in order to further improve regional spatial structure,promote coordinated development of tourist industry and improve regional economy level.
