生态文明建设视角下创新大学生党建工作的路径研究——以宿州学院为例

摘　　要：大学生党员是生态文明观念的传播者,更是推进生态文明建设的先锋队和主力军。当前,在校大学生党员在生态文明方面存在一些意识淡薄与行为失范的问题。高校学生党建工作应以这些问题为导向,分析其在学校生态教育、基层党组织、生态道德修养等方面的成因,找到解决问题的对策。在此基础上,围绕生态文明建设来探索大学生党建工作的路径,如创新党支部设置方式和党建工作模式、丰富宣传教育形式、提升党员服务能力、开展实践活动、构建党员评价体系等,以提升大学生党员的生态文明意识与实践能力。College student party members are not only the spreader of the concept of ecological civilization,but also the vanguard and main force of ecological civilization construction.At present,there are some college student party members who pay insufficient attention to ecological civilization and do some improper behaviors.Therefore,it is suggested that party construction among college students should focus on these problems,the flaws in ecological education,primary party organization,ecological ethics and the like on campus be analyzed,and proper countermeasures be found out.Furthermore,the path of party construction among college students should be explored around ecological civilization construction by innovating the setting mode of party branch and working mode of party construction,increasing the ways of publicity and education,enhancing party members＇ service ability,carrying out practices and building party member evaluation system.
