摘  要:目的调查分析在校本科男护生的压力源、焦虑、抑郁状况及应对方式,探讨对其进行减压和维护心理健康的方法,以期为高等护理院校心理健康教育和心理卫生干预提供科学决策依据。方法采用问卷调查法,对94名本科在校男护生的压力源、焦虑、抑郁状况及应对方式进行测试,对统计数据进行t检验、方差分析、相关分析、非条件多因素Logistic回归分析。结果本科男护生在校期间的压力主要有:(1)学习内容的量(3.05±1.139)分,(2)社会对男护士的偏见(2.98±1.200)分,(3)在医院中的地位(2.97±1.121)分,(4)担心升迁缓慢或没有升迁机会(2.95±1.101)分。焦虑、抑郁状况:SAS得分(48.73±9.717),有焦虑症状的41人(43.6%);SDS得分(50.39±13.604),有抑郁症状的60人(63.8%)。结论本科男护生压力较大,心理健康状况不容乐观;需进行积极的心理干预,采取积极的应对方式,以减轻其压力程度,促进心理健康。Objective This study was undertaken to research and analyze stressor,anxiety,depression of undergraduate male nurses and ways to solve the problems above,discuss the methods of decompression and mental health maintenance, aimed to provide scientific strategies for psychological health education and intervention in higher nursing colleges. Methods Using questionnaire survey to investigate the stressor,anxiety and depression of 94 undergraduate male nurses and the solutions. The measured statistical data was analyzed by using t test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,non- conditional multivariate Logistic regression analysis.Results The results showed stress mainly include: the amount of learning( 3. 05 ± 1. 139),social prejudice against male nurses( 2. 98 ± 1. 200),the position in hospital( 2. 97 ± 1. 121),worry about slow promotion or no promotion( 2. 95 ± 1. 101). Anxiety and depression status: SAS score was 48. 73 ± 9. 717,41 cases with anxiety symptoms( 43. 6%). SDS score was 50. 39 ± 13. 604,60 cases with depressive symptoms( 63. 8%).Conclusions These results suggest that undergraduate male nurses are so stressed nowadays that causes bad psychological health status,and positive psychological intervention is needed to relieve stress and promote health.
