摘　　要：通过对世界石化工业发展现状及趋势的梳理,分析了其对我国石化工业发展产生的影响。针对我国石化工业发展现状和存在问题,提出了石化工业转型升级创新发展的战略思路、发展目标、重点任务和措施建议。Based on sorting out the development status and trends of world petrochemical industry, the article analyzes their influence upon China＇s petrochemical industry development. Aiming at the development status of China＇s petrochemical industry and existing problems, it puts forward strategic thinking, development goal, key tasks and measure suggestions of transformation and innovation-driven development for petrochemical industry.
