摘　　要：目的通过病例对照研究,探讨人类端粒酶逆转录酶rs2736100位点基因多态性与冠心病的相关性。方法比较实验组和对照组间rs2736100位点等位基因频率,通过Logistic回归分析rs2736100位点基因多态性与冠心病的相关性。结果实验组与对照组间等位基因频率存在显著性差异（χ^2=7.235,P=0.027〈0.05）,Logistic回归结果显示rs2736100位点基因多态性与冠心病间的OR值达到1.695。结论 5p15.33区域rs2736100位点的多态性变化可能是冠心病发生的一个新的独立危险因素。Objective：To explore the relationship between genetic variants of human telomerase reverse transcriptase rs2736100 with Coronary Heart Disease by case-control study. Methods：To compare the allele frequency between tests and controls in rs2736100,to analyze the relationship between the single nucleotide polymorphism and Coronary Heart Disease. Result：There is significant difference（χ2=7.235,P=0.027〈0.05）in allele frequency between tests and controls,the value of OR is 1.695 by Logistic regression analysis. Conclusion：The single nucleotide polymorphism of rs2736100 in 5p15.33 may be an independent risk factor for Coronary Heart Disease.
