摘 要:工业木质素原料在不同温度(800,1 000,1 200℃)下热解获得木质素基硬碳材料。通过X射线电子衍射(XRD)与元素分析对热解炭的结构与组成进行表征。采用循环伏安(CV)和恒流充放电表征其容量、倍率及循环性能,并探讨了其储锂机理。电化学实验结果表明:1 0000℃热解硬碳具有最佳的电化学性能,首次充放电容量为643.2/406mA·h·g^(-1),效率高达63.1%,具有较好的倍率性能,在2C电流密度下循环200次,容量几乎没有衰减,仍保持在191mA·h·g^(-1)。This paper studies that the industrial ligninis pyrolyzed to hard carbon materials at different temperature (800,1 000, 1 200℃). The pyrolytic carbon's structure and composition are measured via X-ray diffraction (XRD) and elemental analysis. The cyclic voltammogram (CV) and galvanostatic charge/discharge are used to study the special capacity, rate performance, and cycle stability. Meanwhile the mechanism of lithium storage has been studied. The electrochemical experiment shows that the lignin has the best electrochemical performance when the pyrolytic temperature is 1 000℃.Its initial charge/discharge capacity is 643.2/406mA· h· g-1(the efficiency is 63. 1% ), exhibiting good rate performance. Discharge capacity even after 200 cycles doesnot decrease at the rate of 2C, and remains at 191mA·h·g-1.
