摘　　要：在介绍增稠剂的定义、结构特点和复合增稠剂在实际应用中的优势基础上,详细地分析了饮料中常用增稠剂重要的理化性质、实际应用情况以及复配性能,并对复配增稠剂在饮料中的应用进行归纳分析,以期为复合增稠剂在饮料中的高效应用提供理论依据。Based On the introduction of the concept, characteristics and the advantage of compound thickener in the practical application, the important physical and chemical properties of thickening agent commonly used in beverages, practical application and compound properties were detailed analyzed. Compound thickener applications in beverage, This research can give some advices on compound thickener for efficient application in beverage.
