摘 要:目的探讨急救护理综合案例工作坊在护理本科生中的应用方法和效果。方法招募33名大学三年级护理本科生参加急救护理综合案例工作坊,分析学生在学习期间的反思日记。结果从反思日记中共提炼出3个主题,分别为活跃思维方式、增强角色认同、促进共同成长。结论工作坊能提高护理本科生的职业感知、职业认同和护理临床决策能力。Objective To evaluate the effects of emergency nursing workshops among undergraduate nursing students. Methods Thirty-three third-year undergraduate nursing students attended emergency nursing workshops and their reflective diaries were retrospectively analyzed. Results Three themes were extracted,including active thinking mode,enhancing role-identity and promoting common growth. Conclusion The workshop can improve undergraduate nursing students' professional identity and clinical decision-making ability.
