摘　　要：FPSO服役周期长,不能短周期的进坞维修,这就决定了FPSO上面设备设施的防腐需要重点关注。热喷铝涂层作为一种长效防腐涂层,适用于海洋石油FPSO的服役周期和服役环境。本文介绍了热喷铝涂层在巴西FPSO上的应用情况,具体介绍了热喷铝涂层的应用范围、施工应用的主要步骤及相关要求。FPSO has a long service period and can＇t docking repair in short cycle. So the corrosion control of FPSO is a critical focus area. Thermal spray aluminum coating as a long-term anticorrosive coating is suitable for application to FPSO＇s service cycle and service environment. This article introduced thermal sprayed aluminum coatings applied on a Brazil FPSO. The application scope, construction procedure and the relevant technical requirements of thermal sprayed aluminum coatings are introduced specifically.
