摘　　要：根据潜射反舰导弹的特点,建立了艇-弹合一的潜射反舰导弹作战效能评估指标体系,利用组合赋权法确定评估指标的权重,并运用Topsis评估模型对其作战效能进行评估。以3种具有典型代表意义的潜射反舰导弹为评估对象,给出了应用实例,所得结论验证了方法的正确性和可行性。On the basis of characteristics of submarine-launched anti-ship missile, submarine- missile syncretic operational eff ectiveness evaluation index system is established. Weight is got from combination weighting approach,and operational eff ectiveness is evaluated by using Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution（Topsis）. Three typical submarine-launched anti-ship missiles are selected as evaluation objects,and examples are given, The accuracy and the possibility of the method is verifi ed by the conclusion.
