摘　　要：围绕主要论述运用基地化、对抗性训练这种实战化训练重要方式,通过全过程全要素检验部队实战能力,提高实战化训练水平。当前部队面临的新挑战,坚持问题导向,紧贴作战需要,遵循训战一致,寻求基地训练常态化创新方法。The paper discusses the employment of competitive exercise mode in training bases, which examines all elements contributing to force＇s combat capability through the whole course, so as to improve the effectiveness of warfightingoriented training. Nowadays, military forces are faced with various new challenges, and it is a must to explore method innovation of normalizing military＇s exercise and drill in training bases, adhering to principles of problem-solving, meeting requirements of operation, and training matching warfi ghting.
