摘  要:建立了液相色谱-质谱联用技术检测土壤中噻虫嗪的方法。探讨了土壤中主要因素:含水率、微生物、有机质、不同区域对噻虫嗪降解的影响。结果表明:土壤中含水率较高,降解较快,土壤中微生物、有机质对噻虫嗪的降解起到促进作用;对贵州、海南、黑龙江土壤的实验发现降解较快的依次是黑龙江、海南、贵州。A method of determining thiamethoxam in soil was built by LC/MS/MS technique. Effect of soil moisture, soil microorganism, organic matter, and different area on degradation of thiamethoxam was also studied. The results show that the higher the moisture, microorganism and organic matter content in soil, the faster the degradation speed of thiamethoxam in the soil; The degradation speed order of thiamethoxam in soil of different regions is as follows: Heilongjiang〉Hainan〉Guizhou.
