摘 要:某油井在起甩管柱作业过程中,P110油管因腐蚀穿孔发生断裂,严重影响施工作业。为了明确油管腐蚀穿孔的原因,分别对油管穿孔处的宏观形貌、化学成分及显微组织进行分析,并采用扫描电镜对穿孔处内外壁的形貌进行观察,利用能谱仪和X射线衍射仪分析内外壁腐蚀产物的主要元素成分。结果表明:在酸性高Cl-的腐蚀介质中,油管内壁涂层针孔处发生点蚀,导致油管穿孔,进而发生冲刷腐蚀,加快了油管腐蚀速率。The corrosion perforation of a P110 oil tube occurred in a certain well,causing the fracture of the oil tube.The construction work was influenced seriously.In order to find out the reasons of corrosion perforation of the oil tube,the macro morphology,chemical composition and microscopy microstructure of the perforation position were analyzed.The micro morphology of the inner wall and outer wall of the perforation position was observed by scanning electron microscope,and corrosion products were observed by SEM,and the main element compositions of corrosion products of the inner wall and outer wall were analyzed by energy dispersive spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometer.The results show that in the acidic and high Cl-corrosion medium,pitting corrosion occurred in the pin holes defects of coating on the inner wall of the oil tube,resulting in the tube perforation,and then the erosion corrosion happened,accelerating the corrosion rate of the oil tube.
