摘　　要：文章分析了当前中药有效组(成)分配伍研究中的2种模式中药有效组(成)分直接配伍模式和基于方剂药效的中药有效组(成)分配伍模式的研究进展,指出中药有效组(成)分配伍研究模式是当前方剂药效物质和配伍原理研究的一条重要途径,它对于研制成分相对清楚、作用机制明确的创新型中药有效组(成)分配伍复方药物具有重要的意义。指出了当前中药有效组(成)配伍研究中存在的问题,认为加强方剂配伍理论和药理机制对中药有效组(成)分配伍研究的指导、加强从经典有效的方剂中进一步寻找中药有效组分和进一步开展多学科协作,寻找适合中药有效组分配伍研究的模式和方法是发展中药有效组(成)分配伍研究的重要途径。This paper analyzed the research progress of combination of the effective medicinals of Chinese Materia Medica（ CMM）including both the direct combined form and the combination form based on the prescriptions efficacy,to point out CMM effective medicinals combination model is an important way for the studies on pharmacological effect substances and combination theories of prescriptions,which would be of great significance for creating a new combination of effective CMM that is relatively specific,the mechanism is clear. This paper clarified the problems existing in the research,strengthened the combination theories and pharmacological mechanisms of CMM to guide the effective medicials combination study. It is also pointed out that effective components or ingredients of CMM from the classic prescription,multidisciplinary collaboration,researches for appropriate patterns and methods for the study of effective medicinal combination would be important ways to develop medicials combination.
