腔内激光与泡沫硬化法治疗下肢静脉曲张的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的：探讨腔内激光与泡沫硬化法治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床疗效和安全性。方法：2013年11月-2015年6月，我院共收治62例下肢静脉曲张患者，均行手术治疗，其中31例行腔内激光治疗（观察组），31例行泡沫硬化法治疗，比较两组的归床疗效，并观察不良反应发生率。结果：观察组手术时间和术中出血量低于对照组，而住院费用高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组总有效率高于对照组（P〈0．05）；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：腔内激光治疗虽然费用略高，但手术创伤小，疗效佳，安全性较高，值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the dinical efficacy and safety of the treatment of lower extremity varicose vein with the laser and the foam hardening. Methods 62 cases of varicose veins of lower extremities were treated by surgical treatment from November 2013 to June 2015,31 cases were treated by laser therapy Cobservation group）, 31 cases were treated by foam hardening. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results To observe the group the operative time and blood loss less than control group, and cost of hospitalization was higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; the observation group, the total efficiency is higher than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）; to observe the adverse reactions of the two groups was lower than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of cavity laser is a little higher, but the surgical trauma is small, the curative effect is good, safety is higher, it is worthy of clinical application.
