摘　　要：目的：对定量检测新生牛血清中乙脑抗体的ELISA方法进行初步验证。方法：对ELISA方法的灵敏度、精秘性、特异性、线性和在新生牛血清中的适用性进行验证。结果：该法的灵敏度为1：4096；板内和板间CV平均值分别为1．2％和2．0％；抑制率均〉79％；线性较好，相关系数r均〉0．993；在新生牛血清中的检测回收率均〉90％。结论：该法具有较高的灵敏度、精密性、特异性和线性，适用于检测新生牛血清中的乙脑抗体。Objective To Validate the quantitative ELISA for antibody against Japanese Encephalitis Virus （JEV） in newborn bovine serum. Methods The method was verified for sensitivity, precision, specificity, linearity and determined for Antibody against JEV in new born bovine serum. Results The sensitivity of the method was l：4096;The mean CVs of determination results of test samples in various wells and on various plates were 1.2% and 2.0% respectively; All inhibitions ratio were 〉79%;The linearity was good, all correlation coefficientsr were 〉0.993;Every recovery was〉90% in new born bovine serum. Conclusion The method for detection of antibody against Japanese Encephalitis Virus CJEV） in newborn bovine serum was applicative, which showed high sensitivity, precision, specificity and linear.
