摘 要:于2008年和2009年对黄石市磁湖北湖8个采样点分季节进行浮游植物定性、定量的调查研究。采用生物指示法:Shannon-wiener多样性指数法和Margalef多样性指数法对水质进行了评价。Shannomwiener多样性指数指示磁湖北湖已处于中度富营养化水平,Margalef指数显示磁湖北湖大多数采样点环境相对稳定。研究结果还显示磁湖北湖浮游植物共有88种,52属,隶属6个门,优势种群主要是:硅藻门的直链藻(Melosira sp.),隐藻门的啮蚀隐藻(Chroomonas erosa),绿藻门的四尾栅藻(Scenedesmus quadricauda);二年中浮游植物细胞总数都超过106个/L,表明磁湖北湖水体已处于富营养化水平。优势种群和多样性指数指示磁湖北湖水体营养化状态处于β-中污。Determinering the nature and fixing the quantify were studied on phytoplankton community of North of Cihu lake with eight sample points in 2008 and 2009,by counting the cell number and identifying the species composition of phytoplankton flora. The water quality was evaluated with biological indication: Shannom- Wiener and Margalef diversity index. The Shannom- Wiener target indicatesd the water quality of Cihu lake was in the middle entropher condition,and the Margalef target indicated the water condition of most sample points were matually stabilization. The results also illustrated that there were88 species of phytoplankton,belonging to 52 genera in 6 phyla,and the phytoplankton indicators of this stage were Melosira,Chroomonas erosa and Scenedesmus quadricauda. The total number of phytoplankton cells in two years are more than 106 / L,indicated that water of North of Cihu lake were in the eutrophication. The biological diversity index and the phytoplankton indicators illustrated that the water body of north of Cihu lake was in β- moderate pollution.
