摘　　要：[目的]对五氟磺草胺原药中的相关杂质bis-CHYMP进行定性定量分析。[方法]采用核磁共振波谱法、液质联用法和液相色谱法进行定性,以液相色谱外标法对bis-CHYMP进行定量分析。[结果]方法的相对标准偏差为0.39%,平均回收率为103.77%,线性相关系数为1.0000,检出限(3S/N)为3.43×10^(-5)g/L。[结论]方法操作简便、灵敏,结果可靠。[Aims] The qualitative and quantitative analysis of related impurities of bis-CHYMP in penoxsulam TC was established. [Methods] The qualitative analysis of bis-CHYMP was conducted by NMR, LC-MS and HPLC. The quantitative analysis was studied by HPLC with external standard method. [Results] The coefficient of variation was0.39%, the average recovery was 103.77%, the linearity correlation coefficient was 1.0000, and the limit of detection was 3.43×10^（-5）g/L. [Conclusions] The method is simple, sensitive and reliable.
