合肥市现代服务业发展现状及路径选择

摘　　要：发展现代服务业是合肥市转变经济增长方式、推动产业结构优化升级的重要举措。文章根据现代服务业的发展水平、基础条件、发展环境和典型行业优势等四个方面构建了评价指标体系,利用主成分分析法考察了合肥市现代服务业的综合发展水平和影响因素。研究结果表明,当前合肥市现代服务业发展水平较低,在长三角和中部地区的省会城市中基本上处于末位状态,发展形势不容乐观。合肥市可从合理规划空间布局、明确重点发展领域、优化环境力等方面推动现代服务业的快速健康发展。It is an important measure to change the mode of economic growth and optimize industrial structure by the develop-ment of modern service industry. According to the development level,the basic condition,the development environment andthe typical advantages of modern service industry,this paper constructs the evaluation index system and uses the principalcomponent analysis method to study the comprehensive development level and influence factors of modern service industry inHefei city. The results show that the comprehensive development level of modern service industry in Hefei city is low and basi-cally at the end of the state in the capital city of the Yangtze River Delta and the central region. Hefei government needs to pro-mote the healthy and rapid development of the city＇s modern service industry from the spatial layout,key development areas,and environmental power and so on.
