摘 要:为探讨复合微生物菌肥对受二氯喹啉酸危害烟株光合特性的修复作用,采用盆栽试验,研究了3种复合微生物菌肥对受二氯喹啉酸危害烟草叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶片蒸腾速率、气孔导度、胞间CO_2浓度和气孔限制值的影响。结果表明,受二氯喹啉酸危害烟草的叶绿素含量、净光合速率、叶片蒸腾速率、气孔导度和气孔限制值下降,胞间CO_2浓度升高;土壤中加入复合微生物菌肥修复后,这6项指标接近正常对照;在20 d时,经菌肥1、菌肥2和菌肥3修复的烟草叶绿素含量比受害对照分别增加了37.31%、46.27%和62.68%,净光合速率增加了19.87%、26.04%和48.59%,叶片蒸腾速率增加了5.62%、7.87%和16.85%,气孔导度提高10.71%、21.43%和39.29%,胞间CO_2浓度和气孔限制值接近正常对照。可以看出,3种复合微生物菌肥修复受害烟草光合特性的效果为菌肥3>菌肥2>菌肥1,以菌肥3效果最佳。To explore the repairment effect of composite microbial fertilizer on quinclorac acid-harmed tobacco,the pot experiments were conducted to study the effects of three kinds of composite microbial fertilizer on the content of chlorophyll,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance,intercellular CO_2 concentration and stomatal limitation value of quinclorac acid-harmed tobacco. Results showed that the chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and stomatal limitation value of quinclorac acid-harmed tobacco decreased,and intercellular CO_2 concentration increased. After using three kinds of compound microbial fertilizer,the six indexes were similar to that of the normal control. At 20 days after the treatment of composite microbial fertilizer 1,fertilizer 2 and fertilizer 3,the chlorophyll contents of the repaired tobacco were increased by 37. 31%,46. 27% and62. 68%,net photosynthetic rates were increased by 19. 87%,26. 04% and 48. 59%,leaf transpiration rates were increased by 5. 62%,7. 87% and 16. 85%,stomatal conductances were increased by10. 71%,21. 43% and 39. 29%,intercellular CO_2 concentration and stomatal limitation value were closeto the normal. The results indicated that the repairment effects of three kinds of compound biofertilizer on photosynthetic indexes of quinclorac acid-harmed tobacco were fertilizer 3 fertilizer 2 fertilizer 1,in which the fertilizer 3 was the best.
