摘 要:为避免深松过程中振动深松机机架的变形损坏,对振动深松机机架进行有限元分析。采用SolidWorks对振动深松机机架进行参数化建模,通过软件接口将模型导入ANSYS Workbench,通过Static Structural模块对机架进行有限元静力分析,得到其在边界条件下的应力、应变和总变形分析云图;利用Modal模块对机架进行有限元模态分析,得到其前6阶固有频率和模态振型。分析结果表明,机架静力分析时的变形和模态分析时低阶模态的振动幅度都较小,机架的结构满足设计要求,为机架的改进设计和样机的制造提供一定的理论依据和参考。The finite element analysis was carried out on vibratory subsoiler frame to avoid deformation damage of vibratory subsoiler frame in the process of subsoiling.Based on three dimensional modeling software SolidWorks,aparametric model of vibratory subsoiler frame was established.The established model was imported into ANSYS Workbench,through the interface between SolidWorks and ANSYS Workbench.The static structural module was used to analyze the finite element static analysis of vibratory subsoiler frame,got the analysis cloud of stress,strain and total deformation under the boundary conditions.The modal module was used to analyze the finite element modal analysis of vibratory subsoiler frame,got the preceding six order frequencies and vibration modes.The result showed that the deformation of the frame static analysis and the vibration amplitude of the frame low-order modal analysis were smaller,the frame structure met the design requirements,which provided the frame certain theoretical basis and reference for the design improvement and prototype production.
