摘 要:仿形机构是免耕播种机的重要组成部件之一,其工作时的平稳性和可靠性直接决定着机具播种的均匀性和一致性。在Solidworks软件中对仿形机构进行三维建模,导入到Ansys Workbench有限元分析软件中对其进行仿真分析,计算出机构的固有频率和最大振幅,提取前9阶固有频率并输出前6阶振型云图,通过分析可知仿形机构的后支架和拉杆振动变形位移较大,对机构进行改进优化。通过改进优化减小机构的振动振幅,并且固有频率得到提高,后支架的局部变形得到改善,有效的降低了机构的耦合振动对机构整体性能造成的破坏。为后期对仿形机构的减震分析和动力学研究提供理论依据。Profiling mechanism is one of the important components of no-till planter,its stability and reliability in work hours directly decides the machine sowing uniformity and consistency.It is created the profiling mechanism 3Dmodel in Solidworks software and imported it into the finite element analysis software Ansys Workbench.It is calculated the natural frequency and maximum amplitude of the organization,then extracted the first nine order natural frequency and output the first six order cloud mode,finding that the vibration deformation is bigger,and improved the organization optimization through the analysis on shape of stent and pull rod.By improving the optimization reduced the vibration amplitude,and increased the inherent frequency,the local deformation of support can be ameliorated and reduced the structural damage in the coupled vibration effectively of the overall performance.All of these can provide a theoretical basis later for vibration analysis of copying mechanism and dynamics research.
