摘 要:为改善水平旋转搂草机在通过凸凹不平地面时搂集效果不佳的问题,对9LSQ—5.3型多功能水平旋转搂草机地面仿形机构进行设计。将TRIZ创新方法融入到产品设计当中,运用TRIZ理论提供的解决技术难题的工具,从问题的根本原因入手,通过使用功能分析、理想解分析及资源分析,重新定义问题,采用技术冲突解决原理和物—场模型等解题工具,探究水平旋转搂草机局部仿形机构设计过程中应当注意的事项,寻求多种结构设计思路,从中优化,最终选定"一侧的单个轮胎固定连接方式变成双轮胎铰链连接方式"为初步解决方案,并完成设计及试制。In order to improve the working performance of the horizontal rotary rake that it can't gather the grass when it goes through the uneven ground,the profiling mechanism of the 9LSQ—5.0type multifunctional horizontal rotary rake was designed.The TRIZ innovative method was integrated into the product design process.It was used TRIZ to solve technical problems and analyzed the basic reason of the project problem,then redefined the project problem by using functional analysis,and ideal solution analysis and resource analysis.Using problem-solving tools,such as the principle of the technique conflict and the object-field model,it was explored the items which should be paid attention to in the design process of the horizontal rotary rake profiling mechanism,and sought a variety of structural design idea,then obtained the best scheme.Finally,it was selected as the optimal solution that changing a single tire fixed connection into double tire hinge connection.And then the design and manufacture of the mechanism were completed.
