摘  要:针对热风炉使用过程中加煤工作繁重及煤不能充分燃烧造成一定的空气污染问题开展的一种储煤气化热风炉结构设计。由于炉体内煤的气化二次燃烧设计砂封及前后炉体分离结构;根据加煤量及耐温燃烧试验设计储煤仓及中腔斗。对试制的储煤气化热风炉进行测温试验,测量热风出口及烟气温度。结果表明热风出口温度满足种植要求,储煤气化热风炉推广前景好。The structure of hot blast stove with coal storage and vaporization was designed according to resolving the problem of heavy workload during the use of hot blast stove and the problem of air pollution made by incomplete combustion of coal.Because of the second time combustion in the stove,the stove has the structure of sealing sand and separation structure of front and rear stove body;According to the amount of coal and enduring hot experiment,the stove has a hollow cavity and hollow cavity hopper.The stove experienced temperature testing experiment,tested the temperature of hot blast exit and smoke.The temperature of hot blast exit meets the requirement of plant.It proposes the improving suggestions in the extension and application of the hot blast stove.
