摘  要:电镀污泥是一类含有大量有害重金属的危险废物,其安全处置和资源化一直是人们关注的热点。采用热处理法(200℃,400℃,600℃,800℃)对某电镀污泥进行处理,利用改进的BCR顺序浸提法考察了不同温度处理后电镀污泥中铜和镍的赋存形态。结果表明:热处理可有效实现电镀污泥的减量化(最高可达27.82%),铜和镍呈现出富集效益,残留率分别为79.65%-96.70%和54.32%-84.62%;形态分析表明,热处理可有效降低重金属的生物可利用性形态含量,使其由非稳定态向稳定态的转化。Electroplating sludge,a kind of hazardous waste contains lots of heavy metals,needs to be disposed safety. The incineration( 200℃,400℃,600℃,800℃) and morphological analysis of copper and nickel in the residues by BCR subsequent chemical extractions were conducted in this research. Results showed that the remarkable reduction up to 27. 82%,and the remnant rate of copper and nickel in incineration residues were found to be 79. 65% % - 96. 70% and 54. 32% - 84. 62%. The copper and nickel was accumulated. Morphological analysis of copper and nickel in incineration residue indicated that the thermal treatment could reduce the heavy metal content of biological availability effectively and made its by unsteady state to stable state of transformation.
