摘  要:血小板在止血、伤口愈合、炎症反应、血栓形成及器官移植排斥、修复破损的血管等生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。血小板黏附是其发挥生理功能的初始步骤。本文就近年来国内外有关血小板黏附作用有关因子研究展开综述。相关的因子主要有血小板膜糖蛋白Ⅰa-Ⅱa、膜糖蛋白Ⅱb-Ⅲa、P-选择素、溶酶体膜蛋白以及胞浆颗粒成分中的三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphatase,ATP),14C-5-羟色胺(5-Hydroxtryptamine,5-HT),血小板第4因子(platelet factor 4,PF4)、β-血小板球蛋白(β-thromboglobulin,β-TG)、血栓烷B2(thromboxane B2,TXB2)、CD40配体(CD40 ligand,CD40L)和溶酶体膜蛋白1(lysosomal granule membrane protein 1,Lamp1)和溶酶体膜蛋白2(lysosomal granule membrane protein 2,Lamp2)等。血小板活化后这些黏附因子也会相应激活表达,可作为指标用于临床血液相关疾病的筛查,同时也可作为凝血功能材料筛选的指标。Platelets play an important role in the physiological and pathological processes of hemostasis, wound healing, inflammation,thrombus formation, organ transplant rejection and damaged vessel repair. Platelet adhesion is the initial step of its physiological function. This article reviewed the domestic and foreign studies about the factors associated with platelet adhesion. The correlative factors mainly include platelet membrane glycoproteins Ⅰa-Ⅱa, membrane glycoprotein Ⅱb-Ⅲa, P-selectin, lysosome membrane proteins and cytoplasm particle composition such as adenosine triphosphate(ATP), 14C-5-HT, PF4, β-TG, TXB2, CD40 L, lysosome membrane protein 1(LAMP1) and LAMP2, etc. The adhesion factors will be expressed after platelets are activated. So they can be used as the indexes to screen clinical blood-relevant diseases and select materials with blood coagulation function.
