农地经营规模、农业科技投入与农业生产效率-基于面板门槛模型的实证

摘　　要：以中国1997-2013年31个省级区域的面板数据为基础,运用门槛模型研究农业科技投入对提升农业生产效率的非线性作用。首先,根据户均农地经营规模的门槛特征值将样本分为农地经营规模较小、中等和较大三组,再分别对各组非平衡面板数据进行回归检验。结果表明:在农地经营规模的不同区间,农业科技投资对农业生产效率的提升作用存在差异;科技驱动效应随着农地经营规模扩大而提高,但农地经营规模最大的样本中,其科技驱动力又不及农地经营规模中等的样本。因此,应根据各省(市、自治区)农地经营规模所在的不同区间采取差异化政策,注意考虑农地资源禀赋与科技投入的耦合关系,进一步促进科技兴农作用的充分发挥。This paper takes the farmland operational scale as the research angle of view,based on China's 31 Provinces 1997- 2013 years Panel Data,and analyzes the nonlinear effects of agricultural technology investment on the agricultural production efficiency with a threshold effect model. First,according to the threshold characteristics of the average size of farmland operational scale,dividing the sample into small,medium and large three groups. Then,we make the regression test for each unbalanced panel data. The results show:The agricultural technology investment has different effects on the improvement of agricultural production efficiency in the different farmland operational scale. The effect of agricultural technology investment is improved with the expansion of farmland operational scale. But in the largest farmland operational scale,its technology driving force is less than the medium sample,therefore,we should take the different policy according to the different regions of the province. And pay attention to consider the coupling relationship between farmland resource endowment and agricultural technology investment,to further make the full use of prosper agriculture by science and technology.
