摘　　要：系统有效性分析(SEA)是一种常用的指挥信息系统效能评估方法。论文介绍了SEA方法的基本概念,系统效能评估的一般步骤及逻辑关系,系统轨迹和使命轨迹的几何关系分析,在此基础上进行了SEA方法的应用领域分析,并给出了系统效能评估实例;最后指出了SEA方法存在的不足之处以及系统效能评估的改进建议。The system effectiveness analysis （SEA） method is usually used for evaluating the effectiveness of command information system. This paper introduces the principle of the SEA method, general steps and logical relationships of system effectiveness evaluation, geometric analysis of system trajectory and mission trajectory, and gives related applications and examples. At last, it points out the shortcomings of the SEA method and gives the advices on evaluating system effectiveness.
