湖北崩尖子自然保护区两栖爬行动物多样性研究

摘　　要：2014年7月对湖北崩尖子省级自然保护区的两栖爬行动物资源进行实地考察,并结合文献,结果显示,保护区内两栖爬行动物共77种,隶属4目22科。其中两栖纲2目10科36种,爬行纲2目12科41种。两栖爬行动物区系组成以东洋种（79.22%）为主,广布种（14.29%）、古北种（6.49%）次之,呈现出南北混杂的局面。随着海拔升高,两栖爬行动物生物多样性呈先上升后下降的趋势,海拔801-1 100 m两栖爬行动物的多样性最高。通过与鄂西南其他4个自然保护区的G-F指数比较,结果表明：崩尖子自然保护区的F指数、G指数和G-F指数均最高,分别为12.03、4.04和0.66。根据保护区两栖爬行动物资源的现状,提出了相应的保护措施。Based on the field survey on July 2014 and literatures,the amphibians and reptiles of Bengjianzi Nature Reserve were reported. Thirty-six species of amphibians belonged to 2 orders and 10 families,and 41 species of reptiles belonged to 2 orders and 12 families were found in the reserve,respectively. Most of amphibians and reptiles were Oriental species（ 79. 22%）,followed by Widespread species（ 14. 29%） and Palaearctic species（ 6. 49%）. The biodiversity of amphibians and reptiles increased with altitude and the highest value was at 801 - 1 100 m asl. By comparing the G-F index with other four reserves in southwest Hubei province,it was found that the family diversity（ DF）,genus diversity（ DG） and G-F index in Bengjianzi Nature Reserve were the highest,which was 12. 03,4. 04 and 0. 66,respectively. Based on the result of field survey,some valuable suggestions on the conservation of amphibians and reptiles in the reserve were proposed.It was necessary to minimize or avoid damage to the environment when exploring the resources. At the same time,the ecological compensation should be established.
