摘　　要：2014年,六盘水市委、市政府创造性地提出了农村资源变资产、资金变股金、农民变股东(以下简称"三变")的改革思路。"三变"作为农村的一次重要变革,离不开金融支持。为探索金融支持"三变"改革的路径,本文对六盘水近两年金融支持"三变"改革的具体做法进行了调查和梳理,并针对存在的问题提出相应的政策建议。In 2014,Liupanshui municipal party committee and municipal government creatively proposed the re-form idea of turning rural resources into assets,funds into share capital,peasants into shareholders（hereinafter re-ferred to as the‘three transformations＇）. The‘three transformations＇,as an important reform of the rural,cannotleave the financial support. To explore the path of financial support on reform of the‘three transformations＇,this pa-per investigated and summarized the concrete practices of financial support for the‘three transformations＇ in Liupans-hui in the past two years,and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions on the existing problems.
