摘　　要：目的探讨静脉配置中心对临床不合理用药的干预效果。方法采取一边干预一边收集数据的方式对2014年7月至2015年3月茂名市人民医院不合理用药医嘱进行统计分析。结果 2014年第3季度、2014年第4季度、2015年第1季度不合理医嘱发生率分别为0.176%、0.119%、0.088%,静脉配置中心对临床不合理用药进行干预后,我院不合理医嘱发生率明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);各季度不合理医嘱类型以溶媒用量不当、溶媒选择不当最为多见,其次为给药剂量不当、用药次数不当、配伍不当、给药途径不当,静脉配置中心药师进行干预后,2014年第3季度至2015年第1季度不同类型不合理医嘱明显减少。结论静脉配置中心药师对不合理医嘱进行分析后采取有效用药干预措施,显著降低了不合理医嘱的发生率,对提高临床合理用药水平具有重要意义。Objective To explore the effect of the intervention of clinical irrational use by venous configuration center.Methods The irrational use of medical orders in our hospital from July 2014 to March 2015 was analyzed in the way of collecting data while the intervention was given.Results The rates of the irrational use of medical orders were respectively 0.176%,0.119% and 0.088% in the third season of 2014,the fourth season of 2014 and the first season of 2015 in our hospital.The incidence of the irrational use of medical orders decreased significantly（P0.01）, after the intervention of venous configuration center. In each season,of the unreasonable medical types to improper and the amount of solvent,the types of irrational medical orders were firstly the amount of solvent improper and improper choice of solvent,secondly the improper dosage,improper medication frequency,improper compatibility and improper route of administration.After the intervention of venous configuration center,different types of unreasonable orders were significantly reduced,from the third quarter of 2014 to the 1st quarter of 2015.Conclusion The incidence of the irrational use of medical orders has significantly decreased after the effective drug intervention measures were taken by pharmacists in our venous configuration center,which is very important to it is very important to improve the clinical rational drug use.
