特殊护理在低分子肝素治疗不明原因性复发性流产患者中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨特殊护理在低分子肝素治疗不明原因性复发性流产(RAS)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2014年12月至2015年12月广东省佛山市南海区第六人民医院收治的120例不明原因RAS患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各60例。所有患者均采用低分子肝素进行治疗,同时对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者则在对照组基础上实施特殊护理,比较两组患者的不良反应发生情况、护理满意度。结果观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对采用低分子肝素治疗不明原因性RAS患者实施特殊护理,可明显提高患者护理满意度,降低不良反应发生率,对于提高治疗效果、改善病情具有积极作用。Objective To investigate the application value of special care in low molecular weight heparin in the treatment of patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Methods December December 2014 to 2015, Foshan City,Guangdong Province,Nanhai District,the Sixth People＇s hospital treated 120 cases of unexplained Ras patients were selected as the research object,according to the random number table method,divided into the experimental group and control group,60 cases in each.All patients were used low molecular weight heparin treatment, while the control group was given routine nursing,and patients in the experimental group,in the control group based on the implementation of the special nursing,compared two groups of patients with adverse reactions occur, nursing satisfaction.Results The occurrence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The low molecular weight heparin therapy in implementation of the special nursing of patients with unexplained Ras can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients,reduce the incidence of adverse reaction to improve the therapeutic effect,to improve the condition to have the positive role.
