摘 要:大众化教育背景下,大学生面对的入学适应呈现出新的时代特点和内在规律。如果把大学生入学看作一个原点,那么分析、研究这个关键起点下的大学适应问题,对于其整个大学成长乃至未来发展必然具有至关重要的作用。大学生面临的适应问题很多,但入学之处,最主要的是环境、人际、心理和学习等适应问题。论文以关系、时间和活动为维度,构建一个结构合理、科学有效的原点效应下的入学适应整合模型,旨在缩短大学生的适应期,提高他们的适应能力,引导大学生主动地向积极、健康、正激励方向发展。Under the background of popular education,freshmen adaptive education demonstrates new characteristics of times and inherent laws when they starting their campus lives. If their college lives are seen as an origin,it will be much beneficial to their development in university and even in society in the future if this critical issue of origin can be resolved well after a number of analyses and researches. Undergraduates are facing a great many problems,which are mainly concerned with the adaptation to the environment,interpersonal relationship,and learning when they enter a university. The paper strives to establish a reasonably structured as well as scientific and effective integrated model of college-entrance adaptation on the basis of the principle of origin effect,integrating relation,time,and activity so as to shorten their adaptation phase and advance their adaptability and lead them to develop in a positive,healthy and incentive way.
