摘 要:目的探讨核桃叶提取液对小鼠心率和心电的影响。方法选取小鼠40只,随机分为正常对照组(给予0.85%Na Cl注射液)、普萘洛尔组(给予0.4 mg/m L普萘洛尔)、核桃叶低浓度组和高浓度组(分别给予0.2 g/m L、0.4 g/m L核桃叶提取液)给予相应药物灌胃,各10只,每天灌胃1次,14 d后用心电图机检测各组小鼠的心率和P波、QRS波、PQ间期。结果核桃叶低浓度组P波时限与正常对照组和普萘洛尔组比较差异无统计学意义,而高浓度组P波时限明显长于正常对照组和普萘洛尔组(P<0.05);核桃叶低浓度组和高浓度组P波振幅明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而明显高于普萘洛尔组(P<0.05)。核桃叶低浓度组和高浓度组QRS波时限与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义,核桃叶低浓度组QRS波振幅明显低于正常对照组和普萘洛尔组(P<0.05),核桃叶高浓度组QRS波振幅与正常对照组、普萘洛尔组和核桃叶低浓度组比较差异无统计学意义;核桃叶低浓度组和高浓度组、正常对照组、普萘洛尔组的PQ间期各组间比较差异无统计学意义。普萘洛尔组的心率明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),核桃叶低浓度组和高浓度组的心率与正常对照组比较差异无统计学意义,核桃叶低浓度组的心率与普萘洛尔组比较差异无统计学意义,但核桃叶提取液高浓度组的心率明显高于普萘洛尔组(P<0.05)。核桃叶高浓度组的P波间期和振幅、QRS波时限和振幅、PQ间期、心率与核桃叶低浓度组比较差异无统计学意义。结论核桃叶提取液能延长P波时限、降低P波和QRS波振幅,对心率无明显影响作用。Objective The paper explores the impact of walnut leaves extract upon the heart rate and electrocardiograph (ECG) of rats. MethodsTake 40 rats; divide them at random into normal control group (provided with 0.85%NaCl of injections), propranolol group (provided with 0.4mg/mL of propranolol), low concentration group and high concentration group of walnut leaves (provided with 0.2g/mL and 0.4g/mL of walnut leaves extract) with intragastric infusion with corresponding amounts of drugs; conduct intragastric infusion once every day. Use the ECG machine after 14 days to test the heart rate, P wave, QRS wave and PQ intervals of different groups of rats.Results The difference is not signiifcant about the P wave duration of the low concentration group of walnut leaves, normal control group and propranolol group, while the P wave duration of the high concentration group of walnut leaves is longer than the normal control group and propranolol group’s (P〈0.05); the P-wave amplitude of the low concentration group and high concentration group of walnut leaves is lower obviously than the normal control group’s (P〈0.01) and higher obviously than the propranolol group’s (P〈0.05). The difference is not signiifcant about QRS duration of the low concentration group and high concentration group of walnut leaves, compared with the normal control group’s. The QRS amplitude of low concentration group of walnut leaves is lower obviously than the normal control group and propranolol group’s (P〈0.05). The difference is not signiifcant about the QRS amplitude of high concentration group of walnut leaves, the normal control group and propranolol group; the difference is not signiifcant about the PQ intervals of the propranolol group, the low concentration group and high concentration group of walnut leaves.
